How to use the Recall List

Only show leads with a previous call that have a recall date.

How to use Recall from Notes

Similar to Recall Lead List but only searches notes. Only searches status 1000 at this time.

Only show leads with no recall date or no previous notes taken.

Show leads by status code. Make calls by Assignment Date.

Quick Reference

Menus are located at the four corners of the screen. Select one of the lists from the top left cornermenu. Select records from lists by double-clicking on the row. Controls are located at the top of each page.

Move the mouse over any button and wait to see if a popup message appears with instructions.

Generating a PID

The system automatically generates a PID when there is none to start with. If you wish to have the system regenerate a new PID, remove the current PID and reload the form.

Copy Address

Click the to copy the address to the site address.

Double-click any date field and a calendar should pop-up.

Tab Key

Use the Tab-Key to move to the next field. Shift-Tab moves to the previous field.

Undo

If you make a mistake on a field, press Ctrl-Z (or Cmd-Z on Mac) to Undo. Continue pressing it to undo multiple changes.

Any field on a form that has a drop down menu allows the user to use the keyboard to jump to items in the list. For example, from the State field menu, quickly type FL to select Florida. You can do this without showing all the states if you just tab to the field and type FL.

Notepad

Double-click the Notepad to add a new line. To cancel, don't type anything - just reload the form. It won't save the date and initials unless you type something.
