Software Update and Feature Request Terms¶
1. Feedback and Feature Requests¶
- Clients may provide feedback and submit feature requests for potential inclusion in the CleanWize software.
- All submitted requests are logged in ElasticList, a VNiX application, for reference and evaluation.
- While client feedback is valued, the final decision regarding feature development, prioritization, and implementation rests solely with CleanWize.
2. CleanWize Development Schedule¶
- CleanWize reserves the right to set its own schedule for feature development and software updates.
- Client priorities or deadlines for specific features or updates do not dictate or override CleanWize’s development timeline.
- Delays or changes in the development process may occur at CleanWize’s discretion without advance notice to the client.
- Clients are encouraged to remain in contact with CleanWize for updates on the status of requested features and testing schedules. This ensures adequate preparation for any changes that may affect the client.
3. Use of Client Feedback and Business Workflow Information¶
- Information provided by clients regarding business workflows, along with feature requests, is incorporated into CleanWize’s knowledgebase to improve product offerings for all users.
- This information may inform the development of features that benefit the broader client base, not exclusively the submitting client.
- By providing feedback or workflow information, clients grant CleanWize the right to use this information in the development of current and future features, without any claim to exclusivity by the client.
4. Proprietary Business Processes¶
- If a client asserts ownership of a proprietary business process and wishes to exclude it from CleanWize’s knowledgebase or general use, the client must:
- State their objection in writing; and
- Provide proof of ownership through a valid patent, trademark, or other legally recognized intellectual property rights.
- Without such proof, the client cannot claim ownership of any resulting features or functionality developed by CleanWize.
5. Integration with Proprietary Applications¶
- In cases where plugins, extensions, or integrations are created in CleanWize to accommodate a client’s proprietary application:
- The client does not acquire ownership rights to the software or designs used for integration.
- Integration software designs often incorporate resources and knowledge from multiple sources, including non-client-specific elements, and as such, cannot be restricted to a single client.
- CleanWize retains full ownership and rights over all integration designs and software components, irrespective of their application to proprietary client systems.
Acknowledgment¶
By continuing to use the CleanWize platform and submitting feedback or feature requests, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding software updates and development processes.
